HC Deb 18 August 1919 vol 119 cc1910-1
66. Lieut.-Colonel MURRAY

asked the First Commissioner of Works if he can say when the Report of the Hampton Court Gardens Committee, presented on 1st July, will be circulated for the information of Members?

Mr. BECK

Steps have been taken to enable the Report to be circulated as the hon. Member desires.

Lieut.-Colonel MURRAY

Why was it not circulated before?

Mr. BECK

I am not responsible, but understand that, on the grounds of economy, it was decided that this Paper was not of sufficiently wide importance to require publication. However, now it is asked for, the Paper can be ordered by Members upon the usual pink form. I believe a few copies are immediately available.
