§ Dr. MACNAMARAI am afraid that no date can at present be given for the commencement of distribution. The work of recording and classifying the services of the personnel of the naval forces is proceeding with all expedition, but the amount available for distribution cannot be ascertained definitely until the work of the Prize Courts is nearer completion. In this connection, I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given by me to my hon. Friend the Member for Devonport on the 26th June. I am sending my hon. and gallant Friend a copy.
