HC Deb 15 April 1919 vol 114 cc2704-5
29. Sir J. BUTCHER

asked the Financial Secretary to the War Office whether any decision has yet been reached as to the increase of pay of military masseuses; and, if not, whether, in view of the long time during which this question has been under consideration, he can state when a decision will be reached?

Mr. FORSTER

I hope a decision will be reached very shortly.

Sir J. BUTCHER

Will the right hon. Gentleman bear in mind that considerable time has elapsed already?

Mr. FORSTER

I am very disappointed, but I cannot say a decision has been arrived at. I hoped to have been able to announce it, but I cannot.
