HC Deb 14 April 1919 vol 114 c2483
36. Mr. ROSE

asked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Munitions whether he will grant the Return standing in the name of the hon. Member for Aberdeen (North) for the]5th April [Munitions (Controlled Establishments)]?

Mr. HOPE

As I have already intimated, the hon. Member appears to misapprehend the effect of the Section in question, which provides for the computation of standard profit and does not regulate alteration of capital. The Return asked for cannot, therefore, be given.
