§ Mr. BALDWINThe recommendations contained in the Report of the Interdepartmental Whitley Committee will be submitted to a Conference of Civil servants to be held to-morrow. I am taking steps to present the Report in question to Parliament. Copies will be available in the Vote Office to-day.
