Ordered, That a Select Committee be appointed to inquire and report upon the past method of administering the Pensions Acts and Warrants, and what steps, if any, are necessary for the removal and prevention of legitimate grievances.

Committee accordingly nominated of Sir Montague Barlow, Mr. Betterton, Sir John Butcher, Brigadier-General Cockerill, Captan Coote, Major Entwistle, Sir Henry Harris, Captain Loseby, Mr. Pennefather, Captain Redmond, Mr. Reid, Mr. Frederick Roberts, Mr. Wallace, Mr. Walsh, and Mr. Charles White.

Ordered, That the Committee have power to send for persons, papers, and records.
