HC Deb 03 April 1919 vol 114 cc1353-4
8. Mr. EDWARD KELLY

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether, in view of the fact that it is of the utmost importance to principals of secondary schools that time of notice should be given of changes in the official programme, he can indicate whether the Government have yet considered the recommendations of the Committee on Intermediate Education; and, if not, when the Report will be considered by the Government?

9. Mr. MOLES

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether it is the intention to introduce legislation to give effect to the findings of the Vice-Regal Commission on Secondary Education in Ireland; and, if so, when?

Mr. SAMUELS

My right hon. Friend the Chief Secretary hopes to deal with these matters in the course of the Debate this afternoon.
