Captain GUESTOn the 11th November, 1918, the total staff (military and civilian) was 21,807, and since that date the net reduction effected is 2,097. This excludes reductions of staff consequent on the transference of the Department of the Surveyor-General of Supply to the Ministry of Munitions. Further reductions will continue to be made wherever possible.
