HC Deb 31 October 1918 vol 110 c1613
101. Mr. BOWERMAN

asked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware of the refusal to renew the season ticket held for seventeen months by the Rev. H. B. Bishopp, vicar of Frogmore, St. Albans, who is engaged upon work in connection with our soldiers involving frequent journeys to London; and will he state the reason for such refusal?

Sir A. STANLEY

My attention has been called to this case, and it has been explained to Mr. Bishopp that the Board of Trade are not in a position to overrule the decision given by Mr. Honoratus Lloyd, K.C., in such cases.
