COOPERasked the President of the Board of Trade if the shares recently held by George Schwarz (whose address is registered as care of the Metal-lurgische Gesellschaft, Frankfurt am Main, Germany), in the firm of Dillwyn and Company, Limited, Swansea, have been dealt with in any way by the Public Trustee or other Government office or whether they are still the property of Mr. Schwarz?
Sir A. STANLEYThe shares in Dillwyn and Company, Limited, registered in the name of George Schwarz were vested in the Public Trustee for the purpose of sale on the 4th October, but he reports that he has not yet been able to effect a sale.
