Mr. WALSHI have been asked to reply to this question. I am informed 595 that the number, which varies from day to day, is approximately 140. As to the provision of further accommodation, my right hon. Friend has been taking all practicable steps to expedite the completion of the Fazakerley Sanatorium, and has reason to hope that it will be ready for the reception of patients within the next two or three months.
