Mr. COTTONasked the Secretary of State for India whether he is aware that for several weeks past copies of certain Indian newspapers which have been dispatched by the mail have not reached their addresses in this country; whether this is due to the action of the censorship at Bombay; and whether he will inquire into the matter and issue the necessary instructions, so that newspapers which circulate largely in India itself may also be available for the use of the British public?
