§ Mr. WARDLEThe only variation made was the postponement of the commencement of the period for calculating gas and electricity supplies. The reason for this was that in view of the unavoidable delay in the issue of the Order it would have been unfair to take punitive measures against people who had exceeded their allowance for the first quarter.
