§ Mr. PRATTApplications for the registration of this mark were filed on the 21st and 22nd May, 1917. Oppositions have been filed in respect of this application, and considerable delay has occurred in dealing with these oppositions owing to extensions of time (for filing evidence, etc.) having been agreed to between the parties. The matter is consequently still pending.
