§ Mr. FORSTERI am not quite sure what my hon. Friend has in mind, as under present arrangements the voucher enables a father and mother to travel at reduced fares in this country in the circumstances narrated in the question. Perhaps my hon. Friend will give me the particulars of the case in point.
