Order read for resuming adjourned Debate on Question (4th November),
That Mr. Speaker do issue his Warrant to the Clerk of the Crown to make out a New Writ for the electing of a Member to serve in this present Parliament for the County of Surrey (South-Eastern or Reigate Division) in the room of Colonel Richard Hamilton Rawson, deceased.
§ General CROFTAs we have not yet had an announcement by the Government as to the date of the Adjournment, I ask leave to adjourn this Motion for another week.
§ Question, "That the Debate be further adjourned," put, and agreed to.
