HC Deb 12 November 1918 vol 110 c2511
Mr. McKENNA

Can the right hon. Gentleman say what Orders he proposes to take to-day, and what will be the business for the rest of the week?

Mr. BONAR LAW

As regards the business for the rest of the week, we are anxious to sit as if to-day took the place of yesterday and to go straight on.

Mr. McKENNA

Will there be a sitting on Saturday?

Mr. BONAR LAW

We shall not sit on Saturday. We sit on Friday. We lose a day this week. We hope to-day to get the Orders down to No. 6. I think that none of them are controversial, and I hope that they will not take a long time.

Colonel ASHLEY

Will the right hon. Gentleman say when the Military and Naval War Pensions Bill will be taken?

Mr. BONAR LAW

We may find time to take it to-morrow after the Report stage of the Vote of Credit, but, if not, I hope on the following day.

Ordered, "That Government business be not interrupted this night under the Standing Order (Sittings of the House), and may be entered upon at any hour although opposed."—[Mr. Bonar Law.]
