Mr. JOYNSON-HICKSasked the Home Secretary if he will say whether his attention has been called to the case of Arthur Kuhl, a clerk in the Civil Service, British born, the son of naturalised German parents, who was recently fined at the North London Police Court for evading military service and handed over to the military authority; and, if so, whether this gentleman's place is being kept open for him in the Civil Service?
