87. Mr. JOYNSON-KICKSasked the Under-Secretary of State to the Air Ministry whether the Air Council has taken into consideration the Report of the Civilian Aerial Transport Committee; and whether they are in a position, when the War comes to an end, to enable civilian transport to at once commence?
§ Major BAIRDYes, Sir; the Report has been considered by the Air Council. Action is being taken with a view to forwarding legislation, international agreements, and other measures requisite in connection with civil aerial transport at home and abroad at the end of the War.
