§ Sir G. CAVEThis man was arrested for the purpose of deportation, in pursuance of an Order which I made on advice that he was a Russian concerned with Bolshevist propaganda whom it was desirable, in the interests of this country, to deport. He left en route for Russia on the 27th October.
