HC Deb 05 November 1918 vol 110 c1923
55. Mr. JOYNSON-HICKS

asked the Prime Minister whether he will consider the desirability of approaching our Allies with a view to an immediate conference to settle international law on the subject of aviation, so that when the War is over there may be no obstacle to free civilian transport between the Allied countries?

Mr. BONAR LAW

This matter is engaging attention, and the Foreign Secretary hopes shortly to be in a position to lay proposals before our Allies.
