GRIFFITH-BOSCAWENAs my Noble Friend is aware, a booklet is in course of preparation for the information of ex-officers and officers' widows, and in that booklet attention will be drawn to the alternative pension. Reference will also be made to it in the Memorandum which is sent to every widow when her flat-rate pension is awarded.
