§ Mr. WARDLEThe conditions regulating the issue of renewal of season tickets are set out in the Railway Season Ticket Order, of which I am sending the hon. Gentleman a copy. Cases in which a railway company feel unable to issue or renew such tickets are open to review by Mr. Honoratus Lloyd, K.C., who has been good enough to undertake this work gratuitously. No appeal from Mr. Lloyd's decision is provided for.
