Major DAVID DAVIESasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether any proposals have been made by any Allied Government suggesting that a standing Allied advisory committee should be established immediately for the purpose of unifying the policy of the Allies and of preparing a practical scheme for the creation of a permanent league of free nations which will guarantee a permanent peace and will prevent war in the future; and, if so, what steps he proposes to take in the matter?
