§ Sir R. WINFREYArrangements have been made through the Royal Commission on Wheat Supplies for the purchase in France of 100 tons of buckwheat seed. The seed will, on arrival in this country, be sold to a number of selected agents for resale, on the condition that it is sown for the purpose of providing poultry food.
