§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY Of FOOD (Mr. Clynes)The Sub-committee specially appointed to consider the question of milk distribution in Great Britain has passed a series of resolutions on the subject of more effective control, and these have been submitted in the form of a draft scheme by the Committee, of which the hon. and gallant Member for Plymouth is chairman. I should like to have an opportunity of considering this scheme before expressing any opinion on the points raised in the question.
