§ Mr. CLYNESThe Food Controller has been in consultation with the trade and with the Central Control Board (Liquor Traffic) for the purpose of securing a more satisfactory adjustment of the prices and distribution of whisky, but there are considerable difficulties in the way of settling a satisfactory scheme.
