§ Mr. BONAR LAWAfter careful consideration, I am not prepared to grant the Return asked for. To ask the members of the Government to give a return of their private investments, apart from any question of management in any particular business, would be to establish an entirely new precedent which I do not think would be desirable.
§ Mr. BILLINGWill the right hon. Gentleman supply a list of subsidies which the Government has paid to the Press to preach their pernicious gospel?
