69. Mr. T. WILSONasked when the promised Bill to amend the Munitions of War Acts will be introduced?
§ Mr. KELLAWAYI am not yet in a position to say when the Bill to amend the Munitions of War Acts will be introduced, but the Ministry of Reconstruction, the Ministry of Labour, and the Ministry of Munitions are now considering the draft of a measure giving statutory expression to the Government pledges as to the restoration of trade union conditions.
§ Mr. G. TERRELLAre any of the employers' associations going to be consulted in connection with this Bill?
§ Mr. KELLAWAYThere has already been considerable consultation on the Bill, both with employers' associations and with the trade unions—as, I think, my hon. Friend knows.
