§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of SHIPPING (Sir Leo Chiozza Money)I have been asked to reply to this question. No complaints have been received by the Ministry of Shipping as to pilfering of cargoes of vessels plying in the Persian Gulf. Complaints have, however, been received in respect of cargoes of vessels proceeding from this country to Basra, and a competent representative has been sent out to Basra to investigate the matter.
