Mr. WILKIEasked the Secretary for Scotland whether he has received a petition from the prison officers in Scotland for a further bonus of 6s. per week to meet the increased cost of living; and whether he will give the petition his favourable consideration, in view of the present wages of these employés in comparison with those now current amongst other workpeople?
