DUNCANasked the Prime Minister whether, as recommended by the Committee appointed to inquire into the position of modern languages in the educational system of this country, a committee has been set up to inquire into the potentialities of artificial languages and the desirability of encouraging the use of one; if so, can he give the names of the committee; and, if not, can he say whether the question is likely to be settled at an early date?
