§ 61. Mr. DUNCAN MILLARasked the President of the Board of Trade whether any arrangement has been completed for the pooling of private traders' wagons in Scotland, with a view to increasing transport facilities for coal and other heavy goods?
§ Mr. MILLARHas not this matter been under consideration for a very long time indeed, and having regard to the urgent necessity for additional transport facilities, cannot some steps be taken without further delay?
