HC Deb 29 January 1918 vol 101 c1435
59. Colonel Sir F. HALL

asked the Minister of Labour if women are intended to be covered by the memorandum which has been issued providing for the increase of piece prices in the case of piece workers in order to meet the claim of such workpeople to receive the advance of 12½ per cent. given to time workers?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of LABOUR (Mr. Bridgeman)

Where women are employed on men's work, any alteration in the piece prices for men will apply to the women.
