§ 5. Major KERR-SMILEY
asked the Under-Secretary of State for War whether he will sympathetically consider the granting to non-commissioned officers and men who have been mentioned in dispatches the right to wear a distinctive ribbon, also a star or other distinctive mark for each subsequent mention?
§ Mr. MACPHERSON
After sympathetic consideration, it has been found that, the adoption of the suggestion of my hon. and gallant Friend would not be practicable.
