HC Deb 27 February 1918 vol 103 c1350
13. Mr. SNOWDEN

asked the Undersecretary of State for War whether something can be done to transfer to Home service men who have served in France and on other fronts since the beginning of the War and have been wounded two, three, or four times?

Mr. MACPHERSON

Instructions on this subject are about to be issued.

Colonel C. LOWTHER

Will it not be optional for men who have been wounded twice or thrice as to whether or not they return to the trenches?

Mr. MACPHERSON

My hon. and gallant Friend had better wait and see the Instruction.
