§ Mr. BILLINGIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that at the present minute there is a large hamper of clothes waiting to be dispatched; is it not a fact that the reason given is that the tailor would suffer a loss if these clothes were not sent, and whether, if I am prepared to defray the loss suffered by the tailor, he will be prepared not to send the clothes? Will the right hon. Gentleman say definitely that no further hampers of clothes will be sent?
