HC Deb 26 February 1918 vol 103 cc1220-1
2. Colonel LESLIE WILSON

asked the Under-Secretary of State for War if he will state the decisions which have been arrived at with regard to the distinction or distinctions which will be awarded to all those who accepted Imperial service in 1914; and whether it is possible for these distinctions to be awarded now in order that the Territorials who joined before August, 1914, will be able to show by means of this distinction that they voluntarily were prepared to servo their country and gave up their spare time in order to fit themselves to do so?

The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for WAR (Mr. Macpherson)

I regret I am not at present in a position to make any announcement as to the decisions which have been arrived at.
