HC Deb 21 February 1918 vol 103 c925
Mr. PONSONBY

I desire to ask you, Sir, whether the Regulations prohibiting the admission of women into the Central Lobby unaccompanied by Members may be now cancelled, as the reason for which this Regulation was adopted no longer exists?

Mr. SPEAKER

I have been in communication with the Lord Great Chamberlain, and there appears to be no reason now for continuing the exceptional Regulations which were made, and, therefore, I have given instructions that the old Rules should be resumed.
