asked whether it is the intention of the Government to publish the last dispatch of Sir Douglas Haig as a White Paper?

It is not the practice to publish as White Papers military dispatches which have already been gazetted. Sir Douglas Haig's last dispatch was published as a Supplement to the "London Gazette" on the 8th January.
