§ The SECRETARY of STATE for INDIA (Mr. Montagu)I have not yet received through the official channel the opinion of the Law Officers of the Crown, but I understand that there is no legal obstacle to the grant of King's commissions to officers of the Royal Indian Marine. Should this prove to be the case, I propose to proceed with the matter without delay.
