Mr. NUGENTasked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he is aware that the Conciliation Arbitration Board recently made a further award of war bonuses to Civil servants of 5s. per week, but that in this award a distinction is made for those between the ages of eighteen and twenty-one, who only receive a war bonus of 1s. per week; and, seeing that the cost of living has increased as much for those under twenty-one as over that age, will be also consider the claims of these persons?
