To examine the cases of enemy aliens who have hitherto been exempted from internment or repatriation, and to report in each case whether they recommend that the exemption should be withdrawn with a view to the internment or repatriation of the person concerned, or whether they recommend that the exemption should be continued, and, if so, on what grounds.No other instructions have been given.
