§ 43. Mr. ANDERSONasked the Minister of National Service whether highly skilled men engaged on shipbuilding and repairing are being taken from Chatham Dockyard and placed in the Army; and, if so, if he will state by whose instructions these skilled mechanics are being taken from the naval dockyards and sent into the Army?
§ Mr. BECKNo men are released for service in the Army from the Chatham Dockyard, or any of His Majesty's dockyards, except with the sanction and approval of the Admiral Superintendent.
