HC Deb 23 April 1918 vol 105 cc836-7
15. Major DAVIES

asked the Under-secretary of State for War whether a decision has yet been arrived at regarding the Report of the Committee of Inquiry into the Medical Service in France; and whether this Report is to be presented to the House of Commons?

Mr. MACPHERSON

No decision has yet been arrived at, and in the present circumstances consideration of the request has been suspended.

Sir W. COLLINS

In view of the exceptional demands being made on medical men under the new Military Service Act, will not the hon. Gentleman consider the desirability of allowing those interested in the matter to ascertain from this Report the way in which medical men are being utilised at the present time?

Mr. MACPHERSON

I will certainly consider that.
