§ Mr. BECKThe Order of 9th April does not affect the principle of the one-man, business scheme embodied in the circular of the Local Government Board and the Scottish Office (R. 167) issued to local tribunals in England and Wales and Scotland respectively. No Orders have been made respecting one-man businesses.
