HC Deb 15 April 1918 vol 105 c35
53. Mr. ROWNTREE

asked the Prime Minister whether, in view of the effects the new Military Service Bill will have upon the dilution and substitution of labour, he will give full statutory effect to the pledges already given with regard to the restoration of trade union practices after the War by an amendment of the Munitions of War Acts?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of MUNITIONS (Mr. Kellaway)

I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply given on the 14th March to the Member for Attercliffe to a similar question. I am not yet in a position to add to that reply.
