§ 44. Mr. KINGasked the Prime Minister whether the various Departments have 1324 now considered the questions connected with the position of Russians in the Army and resident in this country; whether a decision has been arrived at by the War Cabinet; whether Russians will be conscripted here or deported abroad; and whether a full statement can now be made as to whether Russia is a neutral or an Allied State?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe Russians of military age who were transferred to the Reserve in September were given the alternative of military service or repatriation to Russia, and they deliberately accepted the first alternative. I can add nothing in answer to the last part of the question to statements already made.
§ Mr. BILLINGIn approaching this problem will the Government appreciate that they are not dealing with the Russian nation as Russians, but that Russia is now under the heel of the international Jew?
