§ Mr. BONAR LAWThe reply to which I referred the hon. Member was that the Government would proceed with it as quickly as the exigencies of the War permitted.
§ Mr. WHITEHOUSEWill the right hon. Gentleman say whether, in view of the representations made to the Government, the question is under reconsideration?
§ Mr. BONAR LAWHow can it be under reconsideration? I have said it will be passed as quickly as Parliamentary time will allow.
