Mr. ROBERTSThe Rules under the Registration of Business Names Act will be issued shortly, but these Rules relate only to the forms to be used and the fees to be paid, and cannot deal with the circumstances in which an individual is required to be registered under the Act. Registration would appear to be necessary in the case of an individual carrying on business with the words "and Company" after his name.
